• does NOT participate in agreements between Users and Providers.

All service arrangements are exclusively between Users and Providers.

TaskHero.me is not a party to any contract.

2. No Registration or Accounts

TaskHero.me does not require Users or Providers to create an account or sign up.

You may:

• submit service request forms
• contact Providers if they reply to your request

Since no accounts exist:

• Users cannot store data in profiles
• Providers cannot log in or manage listings inside the platform
• TaskHero.me does not store login credentials

3. Use of the Platform

Users may:

• contact Providers if they respond

Providers may:

• respond via phone or email
• provide service offers directly to Users

4. Provider Responsibilities

• quality of services

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• does not control Provider behavior
• does not guarantee service results
• is not responsible for disputes

6. Payments

• does not issue invoices
• does not charge commissions
• does not guarantee payment to Providers

All payments are:

• agreed directly between the User and Provider
• made outside the TaskHero.me platform

TaskHero.me is not involved in payment discussions or disputes.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be handled directly between Users and Providers.

TaskHero.me has no role in cancellations, delays, or scheduling.

8. Disputes

Any disagreement or conflict between a User and a Provider must be resolved directly between them.

TaskHero.me:

• is not responsible for mediation
• is not responsible for service outcomes
• is not liable for any damages or losses

9. Reviews & Feedback

If the website allows reviews in the future, TaskHero.me may remove abusive or false content at its discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• payment problems
