Service Provider Agreement

📘 SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT – TaskHero.me

This Service Provider Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which independent service providers ("Providers" or "Heroes") may offer their services through TaskHero.me. By responding to service requests via TaskHero.me, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of TaskHero.me.

TaskHero.me does not supervise, control, or guarantee your work.

All service arrangements are strictly between you and the customer.

2. Eligibility

To use TaskHero.me as a Provider, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally allowed to provide the services you offer in Montenegro
  • Comply with all local laws, including taxes, licensing, and permits

3. Provider Responsibilities

a) Accurate Information

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about your skills, experience, and pricing.
  • Keep your service descriptions up-to-date.

b) Fair Pricing

  • Set fair, transparent pricing for your services.
  • Clearly communicate your rates with customers before starting any work.

c) Safety & Professionalism

  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the customer.
  • Follow industry-standard safety practices for your service category.
  • Use your own tools and equipment unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

d) Taxes & Legal Compliance

  • You are fully responsible for reporting income and paying all applicable taxes.
  • TaskHero.me is not responsible for your tax obligations or compliance with local law.

4. Service Quality

Providers must perform services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.

TaskHero.me does not guarantee service quality or outcomes.

Any dispute over service quality is between the Provider and the customer.

5. Interaction with Customers

  • Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.
  • Communicate clearly about scope, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Avoid off-platform arrangements only if it violates platform rules or agreements.

6. Liability

Providers are fully responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses caused during service.

TaskHero.me is not liable for any act, omission, or error by a Provider.

Providers agree to indemnify TaskHero.me from claims, demands, or damages arising from their services.

7. Termination

TaskHero.me may refuse service requests or block Providers who:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Fail to meet reasonable professional standards
  • Engage in unsafe or illegal practices
  • Violate this Agreement or other platform rules

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute with a customer must be handled directly between the Provider and customer.

TaskHero.me may assist in communication but has no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes.

9. Changes to This Agreement

TaskHero.me may update this Agreement at any time.

Continuing to use the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
